To chat with others in the room, all you need is a microphone. Hold down your control key to talk, and release when you are finished. We have a system on the site for chatting, whereby you can just hold down your control key, and it will put you in line to be next when the key is clear. You do not have to sort of "fight" for the key. Simply, hold down the control key and wait for it to beep. then, it is your turn to speak. That is all there is to it.
