Hi Kartik I would tend to agree. Actually, if you break down the video, most of the technology is already put in a products. Maybe, not in one solution. OCR, paper orientation, face recognition, object recognition, IBm, had already demonstrated mood recognition. What extra I found was probably age guessing. Sure, AI could also be used for that. Although, I don't consider it to be a huge useful input.
I would not consider the demo to be a pie in the sky. According to me, net connectivity would be required for that as the processing would take place in the cloud. These days, this no impediment.
