Hello Respected Friends, I am surprised to find that the DOPT has not issued the OM to the Govt. Organisation till date. Whereas the Honorable SC has very vividly given the verdict on 30 Jun.2016 regarding the reservation on promotion for person with disability.
Have we taken any action on the same? It shows that even the DOPT is not serious on the matter. Friends, don't you think that this is the real Contempt of Court?
