Hello friends, I installed kurz weil 1000 k 14 but it always telling that scan failed when i used to scan my book for reading. But at the same time my all in one printer work normally in other normal scan related works. I am using HP deskjet 2131 all in one printer in windows 7 OS in my system. Please gives suggestions in this regard. E. Sudarsanan.
