Folks why don't you get in touch with the person when it is available rather than load the list which is in the list perspective junk mail.
This has been time and again highlighted and I don't understand what is so difficult to comprehend. Every mail which comes to the list results in 3000 mails out. Multiply this into 40 mails in average and find out what number churns out. There is a cost for all that and do hold yourself accountable to it. Instead of just pressing the reply button, do take the extra bit of pausing and think for a moment what value addition would this post result in. We are not placing any restriction but the numbers need to be brought down. to reduce traffic.
