I am wondering is this the bug in IRCTC portal or a security feature?
For instance,  I searched the availability of seat in 3rd Ac, but the
seat is not available, now I want to see the availability in second
class of first class AC, as soon as I click on the concerned class,
the page says, the service is unavailable, please try later, to login
again please click here.
It consumes my time, as to check the seat availability in other
classes, I will have repeat the whole process again.
One more thing, in IRCTC ticket booking, I am not getting any option
to enter my railway concession card detail while booking ticket in
shatabdi express.
