are you trying to install it under 32 bit? and to be precise, after
performing installation of vocaliser what steps did you follow to verify
that it is not working? it is worth noting that each linguistic voice can be
created as separate profile which will not be created by default. As Harish
said, pressing control+insert+s will list all your voice profiles including
newly created profiles. to create these voice profiles, just locate jaws
options and voices submenu. under voices submenu, just select voice
adjustment and under voice adjustment, just select vocaliser from the
profile name combo box. Once you select vocaliser, just press tab until you
get language. If you have installed multilinguistic voices, choose your
desired language where voice automatically changes. if you have installed
multiple voices for same language, Keep pressing tab until you get person
where additional voices of that particular language are available. just
select your desired voice from person and tab until you get save as button.
under save as profile dialog, just give your desired name such as lekha for
hindi where as veena for english and say OK. now when you press
control+insert+s they should be available by your profile name what you will
have given during saving them.

Ctrl+ insert s will list out all the TTS installed. Do you find Neel
there, if you do so, hit on enter after select Neel.
Thereafter open some document having Hindi content, now it should read out
in Hindi.
