Hi, why can't a call feature with customer care be availed for VI as it becomes too difficult to listen to screen readers in crowded areas usually when we are trying to return home after visiting some where out at unknown areas as it becomes very difficult to locate our exact location in the map... And of course for some of our friends who are still comfortable with Nokia phones with keypads through which they can not access these apps......
