LIST OF WINNERS OF NATIONAL AWARDS FOR THE EMPOWERMENT OF PERSONS WITH
DISABILITIES, 2017
The Department of Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities
congratulates the winners of National Awards for the Empowerment of
Persons with Disabilities, 2017. The list of awardees is placed
hereunder.
2. The awards shall be conferred on 3rd December, 2017 at Vigyan
Bhawan, New Delhi.
3. A rehearsal of the function will be held on 1st or 2nd December,
2017 at the same venue. All the awardees are requested to plan their
journey so as to reach Delhi latest by the morning of 1st December,
2017.
4. To and fro railway journey fare of AC II tier (i.e. AC Second
Class) shall be reimbursed to awardees on production of original
tickets/receipts.
5. In case the National Awardee is a person with disability, one
escort is also entitled for reimbursement of travelling expenses of
the same mode of travel.
6. The awardees from Government Department/ State Governments/ PSU are
requested to make their own stay arrangements and claim their TA/DA
from their respective organizations/authorities.
