Respected Sir, Some days before I faced the same problem. Sir the best option is to go to the help page of FTP and read the article on "having problem login in". But as per my knowledge, you can go to the tools menue of Internet Explorer and select Internet options, go to the privacy page by pressing control+tab, and there will be an option of "settings advance... button" hit enter and do the following: there you will find two groups of radio buttons. In every group, select the first radio button which is "Accept Cookies" and check all the check boxes. hit on OK 2 times. Hope that this problem should not come again. With Best Regards,
