Dear Ashik, I am using MS word 2013 with JAWS 15. Whether it works with MS word 2010, I am not sure, but you can try commandsgiven below.
To start bullet press control shift and alphabet l at the same time and to stop bullet press control shift and alphabet n at the same time. I am not aware of Other options.
