Hi sazid, the app is fine at the time of login. But the captcha comes at the time of booking railway tikit and there is no OTP arrangement like we have in regular IRCTC sight. Moreover there are lots of unlabeled buttons which should be labled. Please note that THE RAIL SARTHI IS THE BASKET of all IRCTC’s apps. I had only tried with irctc connect designed for rail sarthi, I have not gon through the other apps like meal booking and retyring room apps.
