Hello,
Your numeric user ID will be in the initial messages you received from
Sugamya Pustakalaya.
One workaround is as folows.
1. Open www.sugamyapustakalaya.in on the computer.
2. type your email id
3. in password field type wrong password e.g. abcd
4. type the answer of the maths captcha question
5. click on login.
6. in the next page read the user id field. your numberic id will be written
there.
you may also contact [email protected]. mention your email ID used to
login to sugamya pustakalaya and the name of the organization of which you
became a member. Santosh will give you the numberic login id.
