Dear Mohit,
If your budget is upto Rs. 30,000/- for a player, I would recommend the
Victor Reader Second Generation.
I have been using it for nearly a year & like it's voices. It's recording
quality is good & you can connect it to a Wi-fi network to download books
directly from Audible, Bookshare etc. It also has free software upgrades.
