Hi, Are you able to log on to kindle or amazon on the web on your pc? Upper and lowercase does matter when typing both email address and the password, so make sure that the letters are being typed in as you want them to be typed. If you have not signed up for a kindle account, maybe sign up first and then try loging in. hth some...
