I needed some information regarding any law that prevails which can help in approaching the media companies, specifically private FM stations in India who deny Blind candidate on the basis of his/her disability? Although, people in the media industry do not prefer saying on a person's face that on the basis of your disability, you are not suitable for the job. But just if one knows about any guideline/rule concerning the same, the help would be much appreciated.
