Hi Maanav, These are the fields which you can select for pre-filling from your latest ITR which was submitted and acknowledged through e-verification or ITRV. For example, if you select the checkbox next to employee category or bank account details, then those can be pre-filled basis your latest ITR.
If you are still unclear, then click on continue without checking any additional field and move on with life!
