Hi, I haven't used a bluetooth speaker myself at least not with my pc,but when I have tried headphones with my Iphone, and from what I have read, voiceover does take slightly longer than normal when doing it through bluetooth headsets. I am asuming same case would apply on the pc as well.
Bluetooth wasn't meant for constent speach streams even though it does work with that. bluetooth 5.1 or was it 5.0 may have improved on that,though. hth.
