Hi, The same happened with Samsung Microwave. Last year when I searched that Samsung Microwave with speech in several stores they told that model has been discontinued by the company. Then I bought one having buttons so that I can manage it anyhow.
Its regretful that LG and Samsung like big brands are discontinuing good accessibility features from their products..
