hi Rahul,
even I'd been thinking on the same line for a while. a friend of mine
who had just returned from vipasna meditation camp had solved all my
accessibility doubts.

1. yes, they often don't communicate verbally, but its not completely
prohibited. they do communicate verbally if the need arises. my friend
told me, that to the people who need to use verbal communication, they
provide an assistant. lets say, you're in the middle of the session
and want to go to the washroom. you'll require to stand up at your
place, and the person will come to u. will ask softly where u want to
go and you can talk to him without intentionally disturbing others.
2. the people are usually very accommodative and they'll surely allow
the special necessity to communicate verbally. although, they'll
encourage you to use it as miserly as u can manage.
3. the time is very aptly and properly scheduled and slaughted for
every activity during the day and the special needs of a visually
challenged person will be understood right before the beginning of the
session.

one has absolutely fair opportunity to communicate and tell our
requirements and any other concerns before we begin.
and then, there are those who cant stay calm for some reason. there
are those who cry excessively and shout loudly.
there are all sorts of behaviours which manifest when one digs deeper
in to oneself.
many try to scale the wall and run away. they're politely and verbally
communicated.

this is the impression a friend who had been to the camp gave me.
I myself am trying to squeeze some time out to attend some similar session.

hope it helps.
