Dear Vamshi, In general, they offer good experience in India. I'm not sure of their International support. I would recommend call them up and talk to one of their senior personnel. Please read my experience with AirAsia here: https://www.serveominclusion.com/2017/11/14/airasia-provides-reasonable-accommodation-what-can-they-do-better/
Which country would you be visiting? based on that some of us may share our experience. In some countries, you would end up forced to use a wheel chair; though that sounds strange.
