dear friend! The time of taking admission in shorthand training course for one year at all India confederation of the blind Delhi has been passed away. The date of taking admission in this training was 31st July and 31st July there is an entrance test to take admission in the training and when anyone is qualified in the entrance selection his or her training is started from 1 August please say your friend that wait for one year or look for any other organisation with kind regards Aman
