I am not sure, I think that system won't allow cancellation of blind passenger's ticket. escort's ticket can be cancelled, I am sure because I have done it. you can give one try and cancel your ticket. Are you able to login in IRCTC, as the user name and password fields are not focusing under virtual cursore in jaws?
