I have had low vision for the past two years. Previously I was working in IT services. At present I am contemplating what next. Recently thanks to Mr srinivasu and dr Sam, I heard about this group and have since joined. I was planning to read some books online and trying to register to sugamya pustakalaya. The site ask for disability certificate. Where and how can I get this? Thank you.
