hello, perhaps text analyser option is set on in your jaws settings. this affects the formatting changes while reading the documents. so to do this perform the steps given below: 1. open the jaws quick settings by pressing insert+v. 2. in the search edit box input keyword analyser. 3. amongst the search results that pops up, move your focus on text analyser option. 4. this option is presented as toggle so press space bar until you hear text analyser off. 5. press tab to navigate on ok button and press space bar to activate.
