Hie, hope I posting or answering on this thread doesn't create any problem. As far as I know, according to the manual that comes with the television, although there is a link to app store in the television, there are only twenty to thirty apps that you can install. No android or any kind of apps can be installed in this television. If You access the app store in the television, only there are apps compatible with the OS running on it. Further, those apps almost come under the category of video and picture. There are some apps related to weather, News and such, as far as I've seen, and although I've installed nearly five of them, unfortunately none of them support voice guide. Once we launch those apps, voice guide just keeps silent, it doesn't say anything. However, this doesn't mean, they are not accessible at all for all times, the future updates may make those apps accessible with the voice guide. Hope this helps.
