No need to worry at all. Just change the port to fix the dongle. I mean to
say, don't use that port which you were using before.

Hi
I've been using jaws 15 dongle at my office for the last 5 years
without any issue.
Suddenly, it turned into demo mode and Im prompted to restart the
machine after each 40 minutes. My system admin has checked it and
informed me that something is wrong with Jaws.What could be the issue?
Pls help fix it at the earliest.
