Hi, so far in my knowledge, there is no such accessible band. However, I am using Mi Band-3, its not only economical with great battery life but has good functions.
In terms of accessibility, the band itself isn't accessible but their app Mi-Fit is reasonably accessible and all the details you can read on the app including steps, sleep data and all.
