Hi my query may be silly, but I have it in my mind for a long time as I haven't travelled in the disabled coach... Is the disabled coach for reserved differently abled passengers or unreserved differently abled passengers?
Is there any facility for differently abled passengers that makes the compartment accessible like wheel chair friendly or audio announcements of stations or any such ...? If the dept is opting for changes it could be fruitful if it is alloted for unreserved differently abled passengers and senior citizens who could not be able to rush in the midst of other passengers to catch a seat in the unreserved compartment...
