Dear all, The e-disability certificate issued along with UDID does not specify the guidelines under which the disability has been assessed. Whereas in brackets it is written (please specify the guidelines) and the part of the body is not written in words at least. Check point (c).
Have others noticed the same? If so, has anyone got this corrected?
