Dear friends, Recently the Kerala PSC has notified posts for the University assistant post and the totally visually challenged are excluded from this notification and the low vission are given preference. There is a significant exclusion of the totally visually challenged from the clerical cadre in Kerala. We propose to approach this issue legally. Prior to that, i would like to know what is the status of the blind in clerical cadre in other states and central service. Please intimate me about the same, if someone can. Thanks in advance.
