Seems accurate enough. May be once I felt it was showing about 500 grams lower than usual. But even parameters like food intake and clothes you wear have an impact. For example, you have heavy lunch, and you would weigh a kilo extra. You wear Jeens instead of track pants, you would weigh higher. I feel as far as you stick to the same scale, you would notice the same deviations that you would on any other scale.
