Friends, On my Windows10 machine, I am not getting the option to download TTS for Hindi. I have installed Hindi under Region and Language settings. However, when I select the installed language and go to Options, there is no option to download speech. Only option I can find is to add keyboard. What could be the reason and the way out? I believe I am running latest build of Windows10. Home
