They clearly told that, without getting above mentioned form, they won't do anything for opening my salary account. So, I kindly request all of my friends please help me in this matter. They told that again, this form is created by RBI, not us, and, this is the latest form etc. this issue should not be happened any of our blind friends anywhere in the world.
