seasons greetings are not permitted on the list. Please enjoy the festivals and
take care and don't get into trouble needlessly.
With new members joining all the time, and with a view to promote healthy
discussion on the list, we shall be sending this guidelines periodically.
Topics permitted:

2 Disability
3 Government policy effecting the disabled
4 Developments taking place concerning the disabled
5 Technical support
Not permitted at all
1 cracks, or anything to do with piracy
2 Hate mails or maligning members, other lists, NGO's
3 Seasons greetings / welcome mails
4 personal messages
5 advertisements, it may be clarified, there is a difference between providing
information and misusing the list to sell wares.
Recommend interactions:
1 Make a meaningful subject line
2 When the topic changes, make the changes in the subject line accordingly
3 Write your comments on the top of a mail while continuing a discussion
4 Do not reply when receiving mails in digest form. Put your comments into a
new mail.
5 Only moderator can prefix moderator: in the subject line. This is to attract
attention of all members. No comments should be made to this mail.
6 Do check on prior posting, Link for the same is available at the footer of
each mail.
7 Do respect every member and do not downcast anyone. This would also include
poor language skills. Should you desire to help fellow members, you may do so
by private mail and not on the list.
8 Should you have any concern regarding any posting or any decisions of the
moderator, please write to the moderator and not vitiate the list.
9 Do not drag a point or issue beyond a point. We do not run opinion poll.
10 If there is posting, which is otherwise off-topic but you desire to share it
with the group, please obtain prior permission from the moderator
11 Please do not share contact details of third party / persons. This would be
infringing on their privacy.
12 Finally, be brief and to the point and write only if you have substantial to
say. You do not have to respond to each mail.
