Hello, Here today I came up with a new query regarding wordpress. I m developing health care website in wordpress. But the problem I m facing is that I m not able to use multiple databases with contact form 7. Using this plugin, I have created 2 forms for the patient registration and daily patient updates. Using new patient registration form I will register new patient details into database table. Here I m thinking to do is,first of all the patient will get registered and the details will get saved into the database table. After submiting this registration form simultaneously the half of the details will also get saved into second database table. In the second database I m thinking to generate a table automatically by taking the patients firstname and lastname. Therefore the first database table will contain all the lists of patients details and in the second database this will contain the lists of registered patients with their table name as patients name for example if I m registering the patient called “Robin Mathew” the same name will generate the table called “Robin_Mathew” into second database. Here in the second database the second update form will update daily treatment updates. An another query is that in contact form 7 I want to hide / show a textbox / dropdown … on the basis of radio button, checkbox, dropdown. Please help to get rid of it.
