Hi, I'd also recommend you the samsung M5570, which has voice guide built into it, screen reader from samsung, further, it comes within your budget also. however, it runs on an operating system called Tison or something, which is from samsung, on this television, you cannot install every app, only limited once which are available in samsung app store, and which is only compatible with this television. However, if you are looking an android TV, then it's the different matter. However, as you mentioned smart television, thought to post my suggestion. This M5570 which I also purchased just four months ago, is a good one under a good budget, it's having Three HDMI ports and Two USB ports with two 3.5MM jacks, with some internet connectivity ports. Further, It is only having, Sundirect, Airtel, DTH set top boxes in built, however, none other. If you opt for TaTasky or any other, then, you have to use the set top box, and connect to the Television through the HDMI cable. If you use Other set top boxes other than the provided in the television, the Screen reader will not read any of the menues or text from the outer set top box, which will be only connected to the television through the HDMI cable. However, if you use the set top boxes provided within the Television, then the voice guide will completely read the menues of the set top box also, along with the television menues and settings. It is also having sound mirroring and other features ETC. Further, from samsung, they also provide software updates from time to time, I updated it's software, just one weak ago. Hope this helps.
