So now before paying, a person will get down, will bring currency notes from the wallet, will take a picture, and then will recognise what kind of currency note is it, and it will create more chaos. The government and RBI is not paying any heed to the issues faced by visually challenged in terms of developing currency and now they are adding injury to insult by putting them into unnecessary trouble. It will make them more vulnerable. I wanted to ask how many visually challenged people do have smartphone? And they do have smartphone then how many of them are good with camera?
