The discourse about consent is good, no means no and yes means yes. But I wish things were so simple in the world. It is also true that disability precludes choices and surely restricts them.
The whole terminology says something. A girl's consent is wanted. It means initiator has to be a boy and he risks being consented to or termed a molester or worse. Further, many a times, girls too say no when they really mean yes or just maybe. They are habitual deniers in such matters, nay, they are socially encouraged to be so, otherwise are branded as easy and available. Dam-e-bakshish bhe teray muh say Nikalay besakhtaa nahi na kahin. I fear it should not happen like this You say no no even at the time of bliss A disabled boy is unable to get visual or other cues and hence is just confused.
