Hi Ratheesh,

Customization does not always effect accessibility of mobile devices. It all depends how a company sets the customization.

In my personal opinion and experience, Samsung is doing a great job by customising the devices in accordance with accessibility parameters. Thus I would suggest you to buy Galaxy M20 which would cost you Rs. 10990.00 for it's base varient having 32 GB ROM and 3 GB RAM.

The another varient of M20 would cost you around Rs. 12990.00. It has 64 GB internal space and 4 GB of RAM.
Both the handsets are given with a powerful battery of 5000 MAH.

Thanks everyone for your quick replies. Can someone say how is the accessibility in MI and nokia phones? Asus zen phone, an older model of it I had tried three years back. That time I didn’t find it much accessible I understand three years is a long period and things might have changed.

I have heard Motorola comes with the least customisation on the interface. So is it more accessible than others?

I willbe using the device mainly for:

Accessing and sending mails. Reading books
Browsing web

So I would like to have the device with quick and prompt responsiveness to our gestures.

Regards,
Ratheesh
