braille books were free for surface mail. Now surface mail or sea mail has
stopped. The government is no longer allowing Braille books free by air
mail.

Subject: [AI] international post service for visually impaired
Hi friends! I have recently got the membership of RNIB braille library
which is a United kingdom based library. They said that the books which I
borrow from them are free of cost to get and free of cost to return. But I
am confused because those books which they send to me for reading there is
no any lable or proof in their bags of returning their books are free of
cost. So if I go to post office for returning those books I have too pay a
heavy charge for international post because I have to return the books to
United kingdom. Please help me for this topic and if there is an any
guideline of government for international post service for the blind
please
share it with me. Thanks and regards Aman preet singh.
