According to the officer in charge, the minimum and maximum weight is showing as zero (0). As a result, they cannot accept any parcel of Braille books in Kolkata or nearby. We are further told by our nearest post office and Kolkata GPO that they cannot solve this problem at local level and we must request Director General of Post to address the issue. I wish, the facility of free postage for Braille books is not disturbed. What I note from a post office person is that the software package has been updated by TCS and the fault is theirs. Anyway, if you face this problem don't delay in complaining.
