hi. even I have been facing the same problem while sending
audiobooks through post. we were not getting any proper response from
them for not accepting the books.finally I personally visited the
post-office and found that system is not accepting the clause which
says free literature for blind.

cannot solve this problem at local level and we must request Director
General of Post to address the issue.
I wish, the facility of free postage for Braille books is not disturbed.
What I note from a post office person is that the software package has
been
updated by TCS and the fault is theirs.
Anyway, if you face this problem don't delay in complaining.
