For his personal use, he can go with HP I-3 processor 7th generation laptop which would cost him Rs. 32000. I am using HP I-3 processor 1st generation for last 3+ years, and my laptop still works fantastically well. this laptop has numeric keypad and absolutely well compatible with screen readers (JAWS and NVDA) both, 4 GB ram and 1-TB internal memory. only concern is battery, average duration of battery lesser than 3 hours, when it is fully charged. and battery would drain out in shut down mode as well. however, laptop quality is tremendously good.
