This is just my opinion. Already, there are couple of WhatsApp groups running across the country for this purpose. And, the group can accommodate only 256 members at a time. This list contains almost 1000 subscribers and, you may not accommodate every 1 from this list. Also, there might be a chances of misusing the contact numbers of the subscribers.
