Instead of double tapping trip information, locate the same at the bottom of
the screen and swipe up with 2 finglers and you'll be able to see the
details.

Dear Friends,
For some time I am finding difficulty in accessing the trip
information page in Uber . Some times double tap on the trip
information button does not give vehicle number, driver name or
contact. Some times the driver complement page comes up, occasionally
the trip information does open properly. Giving driver name, contact
number etc
I am using Samsung J7. Please help me in this matter with your guidance.
