Hi, There is no official criteria as such for the scribe. Feel free to bring someone that you're comfortable with and can read the content on the test properly to you. However, sometimes, the test centers in India might impose some restrictions such as the scribe being a teacher who does not teach English or Math. So, please check with the test center before the exam.
