Course Code : BFSI13MA1901 Duration : 4Months The first batch for BFSI [Banking and Financial Service Industries] Training for the Visually impaired will commence on 13-05- 2019 at Guindy Industrial Estate, Chennai. Objectives: Providing professional training courses for securing employability Skill set to get employed in BFSI and other prime sectors. Skill Set Training will be provided focus on Banking and testing jobs. Hands on experience will be given to every trainee in BFSI and testing sectors. Introduction to BFSI Training: This is an initiative from Karna Vidya and Tech Mahindra Foundations Towards giving Quality Job ability training for Visually Impaired people who have Completed their studies and are seeking job. Main goal of this course is to make the candidate employable through Banking and testing job roles. Course Contents: Communication Skills IT Training Workplace Readiness Domain training-BFSI and Accessibility training Materials Used: 1. Computers with Windows 7 and 10 operating system and Office 2010, 2. Latest NVDA and JAWS 3. Self based exercises for each concept. 4. Weekly tests and final assessment test. 5. Designed Curriculum with employment aspects. 6. Hands on experience through role simulations Course Details: Timings : 9:15 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday – Saturday commencing on 13th May 2019 Training Venue : Karna Vidya Foundation, Guindy, and Chennai-32. Seats : 20 Course Fee : No Course Fee Facilities: Accommodation will be provided in PG or Hostel based on request. Assistance will be provided in getting employment for eligible Candidates based on their performance Eligibility: Any visually impaired person with graduation will be permitted. Age should not be more than 35 years Only those visually Impaired who can dedicate their full time for the entire course focusing Employment should apply Candidate should have completed any basic computer training. Candidate should have good communication skills. Candidate must have interest to learn and explore new things.
