Hi friends, Apps like Uber and Ola have been indeed game-changers in so far as independent travelling is concerned. However, since these services are confined largely to big cities, small town people continue to face obstacles. Well, as far as the issues I face while using such services, proper pick up location is indeed an issue. Apart from this, I haven't found much difficulty in using them. Greetings, Anirban Mukherjee
