recently i try to install JAWS 2019 on my laptop. when i am trying to install i am getting an error message like this "the jaws installation has failed. the set up has failed to access video accessibility. contact freedom scientific customercare" I tryed restarting my laptop and tryed reinstalling but no use. i removed all the jaws components before installing jaws. kindly help in what ever the way possible. its important for me. weighting for your positive reply.
